    Yes, most embroidery orders start at 36 hats, but we also accommodate larger bulk orders with volume discounts.

    Production usually takes 1-2 weeks after design approval, depending on order size and hat availability. Our average turnaround time at CapsToYou is 10 days.

    Absolutely! Every order includes a digital proof so you can approve the design and placement before production begins. You also have the option to see a sewout (a one - off embroidered hat from your order) if you would rather see the colors and threads in person.
