My grand opening of the new location is set for tomorrow and I simply didn’t have enough time in the day to hassle with an item like the status of baseball caps. However, there were critically important to the overall “atmosphere” I am trying to promote.
Bottom line, I am so pleased with both the product and the service. I threw a drop dead date when we first spoke. While there was a hiccup with the availability of the product, your communication as well as ownership of the issue was top notch. You stepped up and solved the issue…I didn’t have to. All the hats arrived ON TIME as promised and they look great. Thank you.

I wanted to personally thank you for the unparalleled customer service that I received from Southern Advertising. I had ordered a series of articles from your company. I was new to my company and wanted to make sure that I had ample apparel to where supporting my brand.
When I received the articles, I expressed a concern over the shade of one of logo. You immediately looked into it and, although the difference was not significant, it was slightly off. However, you understood the value of proper branding and immediately offered to remake the articles free of charge and RUSH them to me. I have to tell you, being the order was over $300 and not part of a major $3,000 purchase order, I was not sure of the response that I would get.
Mr. Oswald, the speed and completeness of your resolution would be something that the service industry could / should use as a template of making a happy and devoted customer.

the caps arrived just as i was heading to Cornell for a week (on the heels of arriving home from Berkeley!).
i haven't seen the Little Red Caps yet b/c the storm is hitting us all, but i DID see the other versions which came to my home. they look super!
indeed, my brother and i each wore one of the 40th Year versions during the Cornell week to help pre-promote the Parade to all on campus.
