Our normal production time and the pricing online is based on standard production which is approximately 2 to 3 weeks - this allows for ample proofing time, production and shipping.
Is there an additional cost for rush orders?
Yes, we take great pride in making sure our customers receive their orders on time - in fact about 60% of the orders we process have to be to a particular address on a particular date. Kelly, our Embroidery Customer Service Manager makes sure you know what is happening step-by-step. Our sales team will work with you to provide the best value for your rush order needs. It would be easy to provide a standard "rush" cost, but we tailor this to each customer situation.
Will I see a proof?
Yes! Without exception, we send a proof for every order by email - we never go to production without your 100% approval.
How do I choose colors for embroidery / screen printing?
If you place your order online, simply indicate this in the "COMMENTS" section...or if you prefer, call and our sales team will review your logo colors relative to the item color to make sure about contrast and finished look. Also, when you receive your logo proof it will be placed on a background color that represents the item color you chose. If you have specific Pantone Colors, please let us know - for about 85% of PMS colors, there is an exact thread color match.
Once I place an order online or by phone, do you send a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a Sales Order confirmation by email.
If I have a rush order, what is the best way to understand what the expedited shipping will be?
There are two ways to find out:
