    The most popular location is the front center panel, but side and back placements are also available depending on your design.

    Most designs can include up to 12 thread colors, giving you flexibility to match your brand’s exact look.

    Yes, most embroidery orders start at 36 hats, but we also accommodate larger bulk orders with volume discounts.

    Production usually takes 1-2 weeks after design approval, depending on order size and hat availability. Our average turnaround time at CapsToYou is 10 days.

    Absolutely! Every order includes a digital proof so you can approve the design and placement before production begins. You also have the option to see a sewout (a one - off embroidered hat from your order) if you would rather see the colors and threads in person.
