How do I return an item?

 

Caps To You strives to make sure every aspect of your order is done exactly the way you are expecting!

 

Our goal is a long-term partnership with each customer. Unfortunately, as with everything in this world, we are not perfect.
You've received your customized order, but it isn't right. We will work with you in every way possible to correct and fix the issue.

 

Here are the details:

 

  • Claims need to be made within 15 business days of order receipt
  • We will respond within 24 hours possibly asking for more details
  • Our first preference is to replace the product correcting all errors
  • If this isn't the route you prefer, refunds will be made by either check or credit card
  • Southern Advertising assumes responsibility for return shipping when it applies

 

Helpful Tips

 

  • Pictures of what you have received are very help
  • Claims usually center around embroidery color errors, logo placement errors or hat color errors
