Return & Refund Policy

DAMAGES: Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity. On promotional product orders, we reserve the right to ship and bill over/under 5%. However, for embroidered merchandise, we reserve the right to bill and ship up to 5% under the quantity ordered due to damages unless exact quantities are requested. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Embroidery/Screen Printing orders cancelled by the customer prior to production release will be refunded in full less any applicable art/set-up fees, restock and reshipping fees or a 5% administration fee (whichever is greater). Cancellation charges will be waived on any orders cancelled due to vendor error. 

CHANGE ORDER POLICY: Embroidery/Screen Printing orders are subject to 20% restocking fees and product return shipping charges if changes in quantity, size, and or color are made after the Sales Order confirmation has been received/processed. 

RETURNS: In the event you receive your customized order and there is a mistake on our part, we will work with you in every way possible to correct the issue(s). Make sure you review each proof very carefully before approving. Please note that customized orders cannot be refunded or returned when they match the approved proofs. 

CLAIMS: They need to be made within 15 business days of product receipt. Our first preference is to replace the product, correcting all errors. However, if there are only a few damaged items, we have the right to credit those in full instead of replacing them.
