    Production times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, but some companies offer expedited services for faster turnaround.
    There are many types, including patch hats, embroidered hats, trucker hats, fitted caps, and more. Patch hats feature custom patches sewn or ironed onto the hat, while embroidered hats have logos stitched directly into the fabric.
    Patch hats use a separate patch sewn onto the hat, giving a raised, textured look. Embroidered hats have the design stitched directly on the hat fabric for a classic, smooth finish.
    Minimum orders vary by supplier but commonly start around 25 to 50 hats, depending on the customization type.

    ORDERING CUSTOM HATS AT CAPSTOYOU

    From the time an order is placed until it's at your door, it varies for each transfer method and how busy we are. However, we do have rush service available if you're really in a pinch.

    Embroidery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks from when you place an order, patches and color print (heat transfer) can take slightly longer because the patches have to be made. Also, since the pandemic, inventory with many brands has been a challenge. We try to do our absolute best to get orders out as quick as possible, and many of our customers attest to that. Give us a call or email us if you have any specific questions about the timeline with your order!

    Our brand experts are very responsive. Once you place the order you will get an official proof within 24-48 hours. In the pre-ordering stage, we always do a mockup so you have an idea of what the product with your logo looks like, and that will get to you quickly (24-48 hours) if you are responsive to us. 

    Your logo will look very close if not exactly like the art that you provide. Our proofing team and art team is very detailed and makes sure that every detail of your logo is super accurate, no matter if you get embroidery or print. 

    Yes, as stated above the  colors in your logo will be super accurate if not exactly the color you need. 

    Price is determined by the quantity of product, the transfer method, and the product itself. When you order from us over the phone or online, we always set you up with one of our account managers so that they can get you the best pricing for your needs.

    With embroidery, we can do a sew out sample for almost any of our products. With something like a patch hat, we can send a sample of a blank hat with an example of the type of patch you want. Shipping costs do apply.

    The solution is dependent on the situation. The account manager that you worked with on your order will either get your order redone or give you a fair discount depending on the situation.
