    How it Works: 

    1. Choose Your Hat Style – Pick from our bestsellers: Richardson 112 trucker hats, custom dad hats, baseball hats, rope hats, or custom camo hats.
    2. Send Us Your Logo – Upload your company logo by clicking "Preview Your Logo," and we’ll prep it for clean, professional embroidery.
    3. Approve Your Proof – We’ll send you a digital proof so you can see exactly how your custom hats with logowill look before production.
    4. Fast Turnaround – Once approved, our team gets to work. Orders ship in 1–2 weeks with a 36-hat minimum.
    5. Wear It With Pride – Get high-quality custom hats your crew will be comfortable in.

     

    Custom embroidery is the process of stitching your company’s logo or design directly into the hat fabric with a needle and thread, not printed or patched on. The result is a durable, professional look that lasts through years of wear.

    Most logos are embroidered around 2–2.5 inches wide for the front of a hat. We can adjust size and placement depending on your hat style, logo design, and stitching detail.

    Structured hats, like the Richardson 112 trucker hat or custom baseball hats, have a firm front panel that helps the hat hold its shape. Unstructured hats, like custom dad hats, have a softer, more relaxed fit that molds to your head. Dad hats are more universal as they can fit men and women and branding styles.

    Most of our hats are one size fits most with adjustable snapback, strapback, or hook-and-loop closures. Trucker and structured hats tend to have snapbacks, while relaxed and dad hats have look and loop closers. We also offer fitted and flex-fit options, which tend to have no closure.

    Our turnaround time is on average 1.5 weeks after proof approval. We also offer rush service!

    Yes. We’ll send you a digital proof of your design for approval before we start embroidery. This ensures your custom hats with logo turn out exactly how you want. You can also request a Sewout Sample, which means we embroider your logo on to a hat before production so that you can approve how it looks.

    Absolutely. We specialize in custom hats in bulk and offer tiered pricing for larger quantities. The more you order, the better the value per hat.

    Our minimum order is 36 hats per style, which helps keep your cost per hat low while ensuring top-quality embroidery and consistency across your order.
