    An embroidered hat, or direct embroidered hat, is headwear with a design (logo, text, art) stitched directly onto the fabric using thread, creating a durable, raised, and textured look that offers a professional, classic appearance and resists fading better than prints, made by converting digital designs into machine instructions for precise stitching on various hat styles like baseball caps, beanies, or truckers.

    Yes, we want you to be confident in what you’re paying for. Click on the “Preview Your Logo” button below the product of your choice. Fill out the required information and our account executive CJ will get you a mock-up and answer any questions just a few minutes after you submit the form. Weekends may take a little longer for response time.

    Most custom embroidered hat orders are completed and shipped within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Because embroidery is mostly done in-house (we also outsource to trusted embroidery vendors in our area) we’re able to move quickly without sacrificing quality. If you’re on a tight deadline, we have an extremely reliable rush service that we've perfected over the last 25 years and statistically we can meet 95% of rush orders for embroidered hats.  

    We have a very specific thread color list that we will work off of with you. You may want it to match the mesh on your trucker hat or you have a specific look you are going for, so we have a very detailed proofing process and logo digitizing method. We are also happy to do a sew out on the hat so you can be 100% sure.

    Yes. We regularly help customers with rush embroidered hat orders depending on quantity, hat style, and artwork complexity. If timing matters, we recommend reaching out before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

    Embroidery works best with clean, well-defined shapes and minimal fine detail. Simple text, bold icons, and solid linework translate the best onto hats. We do not recommend symmetrical outlines around logos unless they are filled in. Logos with tiny text or gradients may need minor adjustments, and our team will walk you through any recommended changes before production begins.

    Yes. Logo size is limited by the hat’s panel and embroidery area. Most front embroidery ranges between 2”–2.5” high depending on the hat style. We always size logos to look balanced and professional, and you’ll approve the placement and scale before anything is stitched.

    Absolutely. Many customers come to us unsure if their logo is “embroidery-ready,” and that’s completely normal. Our team reviews every logo and will make small adjustments for stitch clarity, spacing, and durability all at no extra stress to you.

    We offer embroidery on a wide range of hats, including: trucker hats, snapbacks, dad hats, beanies, structured and unstructured caps. Each hat type affects how embroidery sits and looks, and we’ll help you choose the best option based on your brand, logo, and use case.

    After ordering, here’s what happens: 1. We review your artwork and hat selection. 2. You receive a digital proof for approval. 3. Once approved, your hats move into production. 4. We embroider, inspect, and ship your order. We keep communication clear at every step so you always know where your order stands.

    Yes, our minimum order quantity varies by hat style but is typically 36 hats. Within each minimum, you may mix and match styles and colors, but your logo must stay the same color and decoration method within the 36 minimum.

    For example, if you order 36 embroidered hats,  you can get: 12 Black Richardson 112s, 12 Gray Yupoong Trucker hats, and 12 Khaki Baseball Caps all with the same embroidered logo.

    This allows us to maintain high embroidery quality and fast turnaround. If you’re unsure what minimum applies, our team is happy to help.
