Megan, what keeps you up at night as it relates to your job?

Inventory and fulfillment of product.

What was going on at your company that sent you looking for a solution like CapsToYou?

I needed a hat company that could provide quality product in a timely manner - guaranteed. CapsToYou has never let me down.

Before you landed on CapsToYou, how did you try to solve the problem?

We tried a few other companies but frankly their time to delivery was way off what we needed.

How has CapsToYou helped Monterey Bay FC?

We use CapsToYou almost exclusively with the exception of the hats we do in house. Additionally, we also use Caps for jackets and promo products. Reliability and quality are the most important for us as we look to rotate merchandise often during our season.

What has your personal experience been working with the CapsToYou team?

Super positive. Although our initial account exec David Bean has left - we had a seamless transition with Reggie and Salem is always spot on! Communication is great and the ease of payment has been great.

What would you consider to be the biggest success of your relationship with CapsToYou?

I would say probably the ability for Caps to do our crest logo. It is not an easy one and they found a remedy that works in patch applications. Really made things easy on us.

I have recommended Caps on many occasions. You recently did some work for a friend of mine and the caps turned out awesome - as I thought they would - I appreciated Reggie's time, attention and great communication!
