Rush Orders

Our normal production time and the pricing online is based on standard production which is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.  This allows for ample proofing and production time. We can turn rush orders in as little as 5 business days - since every situation is different, one of our Account Executives will respond to your request quickly and ensure we can meet your date. 

We take great pride in making sure our customers receive their orders on time - in fact about 60% of the orders we process have to be to a particular address on a particular date. Your account executive will work with you to provide the best value for your rush order needs. It would be easy to provide a standard "rush" cost, but we tailor this to each customer situation based on variables such as shipping transit times and exact number of days in which you need to receive your order. 

We can match the color of any logo file you supply with our closest thread color match. If you need colors in your submitted art changed, we can do this for you, just tell us exactly what you need.  If you have specific Pantone Colors, please let us know as this will help us match the colors in your logo as closely as possible. But if all you have is an art file, never fear - our art team will take good care of your logo no matter what!
