Happy Monday everyone! Today's interview features a small business owner, Rhodora. Here are her top 3 goals for her new auto service & repair shop:

1. Getting more foot traffic by wearing and displaying eye-catching merchandise 

2. Increase customer loyalty

3. Increase revenue by having extra products to sell

Rhodora, can you briefly tell me about yourself and your role? 

I'm the owner of new business. My husband and I own a vehicle service and repair shop. I work in the back side of the business and look for ways to market and promote. I do the accounting part and help manage the flow of our shop.


What keeps you up at night as it relates to your job? 

Making sure we have enough customers to keep our business running.


What was going on at your company that sent you looking for a solution like CapsToYou? 

I've always wanted to make a brand, a line of merch. Having a shop gave me the opportunity to make one. We had loyal, returning customers, and we wanted to find a way to spread the word to grow our business. Wanted to create a community and show off that we are here. We believe in walking advertisement, so creating some sort of clothing would help get our shop noticed.


Before you landed on CapsToYou, how did you try to solve the problem? 

I went to local stores to try out how my ideas would look. I wasn't very happy as they had limited resources and capabilities.


What were the top 3 things you wanted to achieve with the new solution? 

We were hoping our merchandise would catch eyes so potential customers would check out our shop. We wanted to give the opportunity for our customers to show their support to the shop. We were looking for extra revenue for products we sell.


Can you tell me about how you’re using CapsToYou and how it has helped you?

We use CapsToYou to market and advertise our shop. They definitely helped increase our customer loyalty. We started small by purchasing 30 hats, and sold 10 the first week launched. It helped our business feel supported.

What has your personal experience been like working with the CapsToYou team? 

I love that they communicated with me and worked with my needs. When I had to change a design, they were very patient. I loved the mock up image they sent me so I can feel confident of how it would look.

What would you consider to be the biggest success of your relationship with CapsToYou? 

The communication with the team is the biggest success. It very important to work with someone that will tend to my needs when I need them.

I would definitely recommend other business to go with CapsToYou. They have great communication skills and seem like they are there to help.
