Helping a local university with their uniforming needs | North Greenville University Case Study

I had the privilege of interviewing one of our local customers Rebecca at North Greenville University.
NGU has been a cornerstone of our community for decades. We are so honored to work with them!
One of the goals that Rebecca came to us with was finding comfortable clothing for their maintenance crew in the southern summer heat that they enjoy wearing.
Another goal that Rebecca had was finding a company that provided quality, competitively priced embroidery.
She also said a bonus was our customer service. Let's read below to see how we accomplished these goals!
Rebecca, tell me about yourself and your role at NGU!
I am the admin assistant to the VP of Campus Enhancement Services (Maintenance). I assist all our guys/directors and office manager on a daily basis as needed. I help order products like the ones pictured of t-shirts and hats for our guys. They work on campus at NGU and it's important that people know they're employees while working onsite keeping things running and ready for our students, faculty and staff.
What was going on at NGU that sent you looking for a solution like CapsToYou?
I'm fairly new to NGU so I was digging through old files trying to find a company to work with. Our interim VP heard about CapsToYou from our office manager's daughter who recommended them to us. We loved the products offered and the prices are very competitive with others we looked at considering.
What were the top 3 things you wanted to achieve with the new solution?
The top 3 things we wanted to achieve was find a product that our guys would enjoy wearing, a company that could do embroidery and give us a good price. We received all 3 and bonus, great customer service!
Can you tell me about how you’re using CapsToYou and how it has helped you?
Wayne Bagwell has been most helpful in the whole process of ordering our products. He is very professional and made the best recommendations for getting our logo size on the t-shirts and hats we ordered. The whole team at CapsToYou has worked together so that our orders were placed and fulfilled sooner than expected and they look great too! Our guys said they love wearing the t-shirts and the hats. We ordered t-shirts and caps earlier this summer and loved them so much we ordered more!
What has your personal experience been like working with the CapsToYou team?
From the very beginning it has a been a pleasure working with everyone at CapsToYou. Wayne Bagwell, the Regional Acct Executive there, took our orders, then we received emails confirming our order had been placed and Lauren James would be our customer service rep, then we had someone from the proofing team email us to approve our logo looked correct for the orders and the accounting department was very helpful in getting us set up to use you all as a Vendor with a 30-Day net account.
What would you consider to be the biggest success of your relationship with CapsToYou?
Communication has been the biggest success in our relationship with CapsToYou. Everyone has responded in a timely manner for all our needs. And we have just been amazed at how quickly we received our orders, and everything was of great quality and workmanship. We are very grateful!
If another company asked you if you would recommend working with us, what would you say and why?
I would highly recommend anyone to work with CapsToYou. They really listen to what you need and follow through with your requests. It truly has been a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. We're thankful they were recommended to us!
