Dayna, tell us a little bit about yourself and your role:

"My name is Dayna and I’m the owner and artist behind my small business Fawn Haus. My brand embodies enchanting, modern day folklore. I create a collection of fairytale style artworks, and have been building Fawn Haus into a ‘Cottagecore’ lifestyle brand over the last few years through my hard work and dedication." 

Being an owner of a small business can be a lot! What keeps you up at night as it relates to your job?

Managing all aspects of my business, while maintaining its high end quality, image and engagement. When I started Fawn Haus, I thought I would just be painting artwork and selling it. Little did I know, being the artist behind the brand was only one of many hats I’d have to wear. The most important thing for me is to stay organized, and tackle one thing at a time to avoid becoming overwhelmed. And to acknowledge that it’s ok to ask for help.  

It is okay to ask for help! Dayna, what specifically did you see about your brand that sent you looking for a solution like CapsToYou?

I wanted to expand Fawn Haus to offer apparel for my brand. I knew that apparel would take my business from offering just art prints, stickers, etc… to transforming it into an actual lifestyle brand. Hats were the first item I really wanted to launch, and after lots of research and exploring companies I decided to put my trust in CapsToYou to take on the task.

After you discovered that you wanted to expand by using apparel, how did you try to solve the problem before you landed on CapsToYou?

I did lots of exploring online with countless apparel companies, comparing pricing, quality, quantity, variety and much more. Quality was most important for me as they are a representation of my brand. And I found that this would be my best option.

After finding CapsToYou, what were the top 3 things that you decided that wanted to achieve by using our service?

I needed high quality, flexibility, and open communication. The quality of my art being transferred from painting to embroidery was my main concern, and I needed to trust that it would come out looking accurate. The flexibility of being able to customize every little detail to fit my vision was as very important. And having communication with a real person to answer all my questions and concerns was probably most important because I needed that confidence before making a big purchase for my business. 

After you purchased hats with us and received your order, what did you use your hats for and how did it help your business?

Using CapsToYou has helped me achieve my goal of offering apparel for my brand and growing my business into something bigger and better. I love having lots of variety of products, and the apparel has been so fun for people to rep the brand and feel good doing it. Both of my hats I offer have been made by CapsToYou and they both came out better than I ever imagined.
