We interviewed our customer Shannon at Borsello Landscaping to get feedback about how someone in her role (office manager) experiences working with our business.

Goals:

about Shannon and her role

My name is Shannon and I graduated college two years ago with a communications degree and quickly found an amazing job working at a landscape company. My current role is office manager, I answer the phones and delegate our incoming leads to the respected consultants. I also help our production team, helping send out the schedule on a daily basis. I order supplies for the office which at times include specialty items such as hats.

what keeps you up at night as it relates to your job?

The main thing I would say that keeps me up at night is reviewing over my day and wondering if there was anything I missed. Sometimes things can get stressful throughout my day or change at the drop of a dime and that can lead to mistakes. I always take notes and stay as organized as possible to prevent mistakes but it is one of my biggest stressors. I have made errors in the past and it makes me hyper-aware now when I feel like there is something I overlooked. I always strive to make sure I do my job to the best of my ability, but sometimes things get missed which can keep me up at night.

what was going on at your company that sent you looking for a solution like CapsToYou?

We were looking for new items for our crew members to wear while they work outside on our landscaping jobs. It was getting to be summer and we knew they needed something for protection while also being durable and affordable. I came across CapsToYou and I was happy I did. They were a great option for us as a company.

before you landed on CapsToYou, how did you try to solve the problem?

We had looked at previous companies we have used for our clothes in the past but they didn't have what we were looking for with the design we wanted. We knew what style we wanted but when it came to personalizing it with our own logo we kept running into issues. We were having a hard time getting the hat style we wanted along with the proper design in our company colors, but CapsToYou made the process easy and gave us exactly what we were looking for.

what were the top 3 things you wanted to achieve with the new branding solution?

The three main items we wanted were the correct style everyone had agreed on. We also wanted to be able to add our own logo as well as have it in our company colors. Trying to find all three was a hard task, but we finally came across the right company for the job.

can you tell me about how you’re using CapsToYou and how it has helped you?

We are using CapsToYou on our job sites. We gave the hats to our crew guys who work outside every day. They were happy to receive the new hats and we have heard nothing but good feedback ever since. Everyone was excited to get their hands on one and finally be able to wear them to work. It has helped protect them from the sun while also making our company name visible to others.

what has your personal experience been like working with the CapsToYou team?

II had the best experience working with the CapsToYou team. They were quick to reply and when it came to the designing process we explained what we wanted and they were able to make it work. The communication was great, they were quick and very responsive on where our order was in the process. I was very pleased with the timeliness of our order and the quality is amazing. Everyone I spoke to was kind and always able to answer my questions.

what would you consider to be the biggest success of your relationship with CapsToYou?

I think the biggest success was how great the hats turned out. I was already super pleased with the ordering process and the communication, but we were a little nervous about how our logo would come out. However, when the hats arrived everything was perfect! The colors were spot on and the logo was exactly how we explained it. We were all very happy with how the hats turned out. Even after we received our order the communication was still consistent making sure the hats were how we wanted. We will definitely be using them again for our future hat orders!

if another company asked you if you would recommend working with us, what would you say and why?

I would highly recommend them using CapsToYou. I would explain that the entire process was easy and well-detailed. There wasn't a part of the ordering process where I wasn't sure where we stood. I was kept updated on every part of the project. I would explain that they make sure the designs are exactly how we want them and that the quality of the hats are the best.
